'Ready to ship items' are being shipped within 1-2 days after payment is received. Custom orders are usually ready within 1 week and take 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on the postal service. I ship via usps parcel post with delivery confirmation. If you would like faster delivery or insurance please convo me and I will be happy to assist you. All orders $50 and more automatically come with insurance.

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can exchange or return your purchase within 3 days of receiving your order. To return a purchase you must contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition within 7 days of contacting me. I strongly suggest shipping with tracking and insurance as I will not be responsible for damages on return shipping. Refund for the item will be credited once I receive the item. Return shipping is nonrefundable unless you are returning due to my error (ex. you order product X and I ship you product Y). Damaged items must be photographed unopened and the photo(s) emailed to me. I insure all packages $50 and over, otherwise insurance is available upon request. I will replace all insured packaged that are damaged upon arrival. I am not responsible for items lost if the address provided is incorrect at the time of order. If an item is not received please email me immediately so I can track your shipment for you. All US packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. Custom orders may be canceled before they are shipped out, but there are NO returns on custom orders.

Absolutely! I can customize and/or create original pieces for you. Send me an email with what you want, please be as specific as possible, and I will send you a price. Once the details and price are agreed upon I require the material cost as a non-refundable desposit. Please note the non-refundable desposit varies on type and size of project. Once I receive your deposit I will make your order and put the product in the store for you to purchase. It will say reserved for (your name here). Purchase price will be labor and then whichever shipping method you have chosen. I ship all US custom orders with delivery confirmation and insurance. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a custom order you may do so at any time before the final purchase. The desposit is non-refundable as it is the cost of materials. You cannot cancel a custom order after that order is shipped. There are NO returns on custom orders.
